Technical Support for E-Prime 2.0 is formally handled via Product Service and Support for registered E-Prime 2.0 users. It is important to register your serial number in order to submit support requests as well as receive updates.

What is new in E-Prime 2.0?
What timing considerations are in effect for E-Prime 2.0?
E-Prime 2.0.10.x is compatible with Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1, and Windows 10. For Windows Vista and Windows 7, use of the CoreAudio API for low latency sound is recommended. The ability to choose Sound.API is not available in E-Prime 188.8.131.52.
