We recently released a free update for E-Prime 3.0 users. This update is available in the Downloads section of our Product Service and Support site. If you do not see E-Prime 18.104.22.168 included in your Downloads section, please register your E-Prime 3.0 serial number in Your Registered Products.
Prior to downloading E-Prime 3.0 Update 3, please confirm your machine meets the minimum requirements as specified here: GETTING STARTED: E-Prime Machine Requirements

The E-Prime 3 Experiment Library includes completed experiments that can be downloaded to use and/or modify. Examples of how to perform specific actions in your experiment are available in our Samples area.
Browse or search hundreds of articles in our Knowledge Base and Online Documentation sections. Our Online Documentation includes Advanced Tutorials on using images, movies, sounds, and scripting in E-Prime.

STEP (System for Teaching Experimental Psychology) was organized by Brian MacWhinney in the Department of Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. STEP created E-Prime experiments and E-Prime script samples which are now available on our Product Service and Support Site.

By submitting a web support request, our Technical Support Team can:
- Suggest methods to implement specific designs
- Highlight public sample experiments or create small, proof of concept experiments that demonstrate a feature, or design aspect of interest
- Troubleshoot errors, data logging or analysis issues, and timing related concerns
- Make occasional, minor edits to your experiments
