Hello,
I tried to install Eprime (1.1) on the SMI computer but it doesn't work and I get the following error message:
"E-Prime Driver
Has not passed Windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with xp. Continuing your installation this softeware my impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately of in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software has passed windows logo testing."
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Dear Amandine,
The Windows Logo message appears because we test our Serial Response Box driver in-house rather than sending it to Microsoft for verification. It is safe to install the driver. Please click Continue Anyway when prompted to continue the E-Prime installation.
Also, you may want to consider using E-Prime 1.2 instead of E-Prime 1.1 unless you have a specific reason to use E-Prime 1.1. You can download the update for free from nthe web support site as long as your account is registered with a valid E-Prime 1.x serial number at Download > E-Prime > E-Prime 1.2 > E-Prime 1.2 Installation (17MB) Build 1.2.1.847. Your E-Prime 1.1 serial number and hardware key are valid for E-Prime 1.2 as well.
