| Hi, I am getting an error message when I try to run an experiment (We are running an EEG experiment using NetStation). It says "Unable to connect socket." What does that mean? This program has been running fine, so I wonder what causes this.. Thanks in advance!

PST staff has reminded me that "the PST Web Support site is PST's primary means of support for E-Prime users" and "users are instructed to contact the support site first with any questions they may have" (my emphasis), with a promise of 24-48 hour response times to all requests. You should post questions directly at http://support.pstnet.com/e%2Dprime/support/login.asp instead of here.

that message simply means connection failed to establish between the two computers.
